meeting with the general young mens' board

k, so i haven't blogged in a while, and kind of forgot how to. But last week I got an opportunity to go with Elliot, Ethan, and Andrew, to talk with the general young mens' board, about how to improve the young mens' organization. Then of course my mom said "hey why don't you blog about it." My first reaction was, "I have a blog, interesting tell me more." but then I remembered and I am ready for my first post in about 2 years.

So the first thing we did when we got to the church office building was ride the elevator. It was pretty fun to go up 345 feet in 10 seconds. (Yes I actually calculated how high the 23rd floor was, with only a little help from mankind's most boss resource, the internet.) Then they locked us in a room with nothing but a window, #threehundredandfortyfivefootview, a table, and a hidden white board. Oh and 2 iPods and a DS, a scout is prepared right? so we weren't actually locked in, and it wasn't too terrible,  we played hangman and Ethan ::cough:: touched a printer and ::cough:: turned it on ::cough:: I mean what? After that we ate tons of food....

Then we started the part of the meeting kids could be in, and we split up into 4 teams and were each given a fake kid. So like we had a picture, and a bio of the kid, it wasn't a robot. For those of you who, never-mind. Anyways we brainstormed a bunch of ways to help the kid get more active, and them regrouped, and wrapped up. The End. Oh wait, we ran a little late (30 minutes) and got locked inside the building. The Real End.

QUIET!!!!!

Ever wish your brother would shut up?

Astronomy!

Astronomy- The science that deals with the material universe beyond the Earth's atmosphere.
Today I was trying to find a comet, and instead I ended up seeing a bunch of stars and Jupiter. Now a telescope has different lenses to use. The bigger the lens, the more you can see, making it easier to find things. The smaller the lens, the more the thing you look at is magnified, bringing out details. The better the stargazer the smaller the lens. Currently my family has 2 lenses, a 25mm and a 10mm, and I'm thinking about getting a $46.99 1.25mm lens to really bring out details

yeah right mom.

Random boy: watch this guy was like this (kid makes a dumb motion)

boy's mom: woah sweet!!!

Random boy: no that's stupid

boy's mom: wow that's dumb (correcting herself)

My point, if you want an honest opinion. Your mom is not the right person.

Stock up the Eats

At this years well check I found that I'm only 1.69% on body mass with 50% being average!! That's only 3.38% with average being 100%. Also my height is 36.29%! (that's actually pretty low, so much for the NBA)! And my weight is 6.35% and last time in October it was 14.9%! 3 pounds lower! And no, I can't just drink soda for the next month because of my STUPID BRACES! (Received 12/13/2012). I really need to stock up the eats. (I'm talkin' cheeseburgers mom):-D.

P.S. my braces are on my 4 front teeth on the bottom. The colors alternate: gold, silver, gold, and silver.
P.S.S. I beat Jonah up again.
